Etwa 5 Min k\u00f6cheln lassen bis Fl\u00fcssigkeit ca auf die H\u00e4lfte reduziert ist. Die Br\u00fche zugeben und kurz aufkochen. H\u00e4hnchenteile und Thymian zugeben und 1 Stunde zugedeckt in den Backofen geben.<\/p>\n<p>Wieder die H\u00e4hnchenteile herausnehmen, So\u00dfe durch ein Sieb gie\u00dfen und zur\u00fcck in die Pfanne geben. Bei starker Hitze zum kochen und ca 8 Minuten auf die H\u00e4lfte einkochen lassen. Bei niedriger Hitze Sahne und Senf unterr\u00fchren und weiter 5 Min k\u00f6cheln lassen bis sie eingedickt ist. Eventuell bei Bedarf auch etwas andicken.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. H\u00e4hnchenteile wieder reinlegen, gew\u00fcrfelte Aubergine zugeben und nochmal 15 Min gut durchziehen lassen. Tomaten dazugeben und 5 Min garen. Zum Schlu\u00df Rucola dazugeben und 1 Min garen und direkt servieren.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_87\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-87\" style=\"width: 550px\" class=\"wp-caption
