{"id":2445,"date":"2022-12-12T19:44:14","date_gmt":"2022-12-12T17:44:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nk-medien.de\/tina\/?p=2445"},"modified":"2022-12-23T16:29:06","modified_gmt":"2022-12-23T14:29:06","slug":"kartoffelpueree","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nk-medien.de\/tina\/kartoffelpueree\/","title":{"rendered":"Kartoffelp\u00fcree"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kartoffelp\u00fcree ist in Deutschland und anderen Teilen Europas beliebt  Es wird hergestellt, indem Kartoffeln gekocht werden, bis sie weich sind, und sie dann mit Butter, Milch und manchmal anderen Zutaten wie Zwiebeln oder Kr\u00e4utern p\u00fcriert werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die resultierende Mischung ist glatt und cremig und wird oft als Beilage zu Fleisch, Gem\u00fcse und anderen Gerichten serviert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ein simples Rezept f\u00fcr Kartoffelp\u00fcree:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in gleich gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einem Topf mit kaltem Wasser bedeckt zum Kochen bringen und ca. 20 Minuten kochen, bis sie weich sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Kartoffeln abgie\u00dfen und mit einem Kartoffelstampfer oder einer Gabel zerstampfen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine halbe Tasse Milch und eine halbe Tasse Sahne hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles gut vermengen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Salz, Pfeffer und ggf. Muskat abschmecken.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tipp:<\/strong> F\u00fcr eine noch cremigere Konsistenz kann man auch ordentlich Butter hinzuf\u00fcgen.
