Dein Rosienenbrot ist ganz fantastisch. Sehr locker und garnicht trocken.
Ich habe es zur Hälfte mit Weizenmehl und halb mit Dinkelmehl gebacken. Schmeckt einfach super.
Beim zweiten Mal habe ich es als Zopf gefochten und dann im Zaubermeister wie beschrieben gebacken. Sah einfach spitze aus.
